Lori Campion

BACKGROUND

I grew up in the construction/real estate industry in Northern California. My dad is still a builder in Lake Tahoe, where I grew up and my brother is a realtor in the San Francisco area. It's in my blood.

WHY SEATTLE?

I have been in the Seattle area for the past 9 years and love this place more than anywhere I've lived before. (Lake Tahoe/San Francisco, CA, Austin, TX) Where else are you surrounded by beautiful mountains, blue bodies of water and only an hour's drive to snow or the desert? I originally moved to Seattle because I am a musician and the music scene in Seattle is so alive and vibrant. I stayed here because of the abundance of natural beauty and culture!

EXPERIENCE

Prior to getting my real estate licence, I was a sales professional within the music industry and worked for MTV, Vh-1, Salon.com and Muzak. During which time, I became a skilled negotiator and excellent listener. When I bought my first house, I loved the entire experience. (Even though at times, I thought I'd throw up from the anticipation of having a mortgage!) I didn't, but the process inspired me to use my own experience to help others through the home buying process, which can be overwhelming! I am experienced in both the selling and buying process, be it houses, condominiums, town homes or land. It is exciting helping people realize their dreams and find a home that they love!

ECO BROKER

I believe in doing my part to help the environment. I am a certified Eco Broker! I try to help my clients choose homes that are built green and help them identify what "green" qualities to look for in a home (IE: a well sealed home, energy efficient windows, sustainable and reclaimed materials, Energy Star appliances & more) More sustainable and energy efficient communities lead to a healthier planet, which is a great investment for all of us!
