I specialize in residential real estate in working with both buyers and sellers. I work extremely hard to help my clients prepare, seek out and purchase a home they love for the best price possible.

I have a "consultative" style, helping my clients understand all of their options to then make the best decision based on their own knowledge of our ever-changing real estate market.  

I am also a designated green Realtor and certified EcoBroker. All this means is that I have had some training in the different eco-friendly and sustainable building practices which helps me identify these features to my clients. I am passionate about finding conscientious solutions to help my clients retrofit their homes to become more efficient and green. 

I come from a family of contractors and real estate professionals in Lake Tahoe and San Francisco, CA

I bring seven years of real estate experience in the Seattle market and 15 years of sales management experience to the table. I am extremely confident  in my ability to guide and advise you throughout the entire real estate process and to negotiate the best possible deal for you.

Why
When I bought my first house, I loved the entire experience. (Even though at times, I thought I'd throw up from the anticipation of having a mortgage.) I didn't, but the process inspired me to use my own experience to help others through the home buying process, which can be overwhelming. 

I am experienced in both the selling and buying process, be it houses, condominiums, town homes or land. It is exciting helping people realize their dreams and find a home that they love.
